creative work

My art is always incorporated into my birth and body work services. Perhaps it may using a handmade herbal oil with massage, doing an art exercise in a prenatal session or a film camera to document your transition. Enjoy the gallery of how I see the world and what gets reflected back.

Prints and originals available for purchase.

  • A medium i first tapped into to deepen my relationship to medicinal plants. Watercoloring is an accessible, forgiving, gentle and playful art I carry with me wherever I go! See them here.

  • Oils and salves made with ingredients I purchase direct from growers with lived experiences on and in-between the margins. Recipes formulated through over a decade of studying herbal medicine. Learn more.

  • Nature and people—two of my favorite things. Mostly captured on a A35f. Used for personal pleasure and available for birth work as well. See here!

  • The most difficult artform for me to share, but I am commitment to doing. I have been writing by hand since 2011. Common themes of my writing: the spiritual is political, opportunities through transition, body dysmorphia, answering questions with more questions, and more. The pieces are layered, non-linear and always honest. Read here.
