Hi, I’m Olivia!

A therapist once brought to my attention that we are called to the work we need to do for ourselves.

I am called to this work by way of my own commitment to healing my relationship to my voice, power, intuition, and body. Particularly around asking for help.

Over the past 10+ years, with the support of brilliant authors, teachers, care workers, and loved ones I am better at accepting myself as I am—even when I’m not exactly where I want to be.

Before this time I was highly invested in the superficial aspects of myself. As a result, I was fueling myself with people-pleasing and self-hate. I was making decisions based on the question of what I “should” be doing. The places I was looking to for answers however were out of alignment with my values

I believe that this is a tactic of oppressive systems, which thrive when we are living for validation outside of ourselves. We buy more things, judge others, and commit ourselves to productivity at the cost of our joy and relaxation.

I bring my experiences to clients and encourage them to get in the habit of questioning beliefs. When we do this we come to a place of greater possibility and imagination. People light up, couples deepen their connection, and the air begins to shift.

For me, it was when I was at a point of despair believing there was no way I could live my heart’s calling. A coach asked me, “well what if you could?” This simple question has helped me through long-term eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and traumas around intimacy.

I incorporate my passions for all of the senses, seasons, earth elements, somatic work, and nerd-love for the human body (physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental) to help people strengthen the ability to ground within themselves. As a result, many people are able to experience sustained relief and relaxation.

I see the moments of transition in birth and loss as opportunities to be in awe of our capacity to love, feel and hold contradictions. I am here to hold space for these times and share tools to ease your overwhelm and build trust within your relationships to make it through anything.

I believe that people are their own experts and know their body best. Sometimes it may be hard to identify what we need for support, but with practice and people we feel safe with this becomes easier to identify.

There is no right/wrong way to show up or evolve. We all may have assumptions of what this work entails or how it should look, but those expectations must and will be called into question in order to allow for and embrace the authentic evolution of you in this time.

Everything about my work stems from nature, science, and credited traditions that never fit inside binaries, boxes, or linear timelines.

I humbly give credit and thanks to the following supportive family & teachers: Professor Tamara Lea Spira, Master Integrative Coach Jeff Malone, Master Herbalist Karen Rose, Doula and Founder of Ancient Song Doula Services Chanel L.
